Coaching & Teaching
Real change isn't a program you finish. It's a way of living you practice until it becomes yours.
My work rests on a simple conviction: that lasting behavior change, the daily choices we repeat, is how we become better humans: more grounded, more present, more honest.
That's why I work with the whole person.
Wellness coaching addresses the habits, stories, and patterns that shape your choices. Movement and mobility work rebuild and condition the body you live in. Yoga and meditation cultivate the awareness and attention that make change possible.
None of it is quick, and none of it is about perfection. It's about showing up, adjusting, and building a life you don't need to escape from.

Health & Wellness Coaching (1:1)
Private sessions built around your life, your pace, and what you actually want. As a board-certified health and wellness coach, I help you turn intention into small, sustainable habits around movement, stress, sleep, and daily rhythm, without pressure or perfection.
We start by clarifying what matters to you and what has gotten in the way. From there, we try realistic experiments, look honestly at what happens, and adjust. The aim isn't a perfect plan. It's a set of practices you trust and can keep when life gets hard. Coaching works alongside your doctor, therapist, or other providers, never in place of them. Change takes time, patience, and a helping hand.
Yoga & Meditation
Grounded, unhurried teaching rooted in breath, stillness, and honest attention. Whether you're looking for pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical practice), or meditation techniques, we begin with what you need most right now.
As an E-RYT 500 teacher, I bring over two decades of practice and teaching to the work: clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and room for you to listen to your own body. Beginners are welcome, and so are longtime practitioners who want to deepen or simplify their practice. Sessions can focus on a single element, such as breath, posture, or seated stillness, or weave them together.
Available as private instruction and group sessions.
Movement, Mobility & Training
Personal training and mobility work for people who want to move well and keep moving, drawing on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility training and Kinstretch classes. Whether you're rebuilding strength, restoring range of motion, or simply want a sound way to train, we start where you are.
FRC and Kinstretch focus on joint health and on building active control over your range of motion, so movement feels stronger and more usable. Paired with strength work, this creates a foundation for everyday life, whether that means lifting, hiking, or staying active for the long haul. Programs are individualized and progress gradually, with close attention to form and recovery.
Workshops & Conversations
Talks and small-group sessions drawing on my books and the Must I Evolve? podcast: how we change, what keeps us stuck, personal growth, and what it takes to continue to grow.
These gatherings blend reflection and practice. Depending on the setting, a session might include a reading or short talk, guided discussion, breathwork or meditation, and simple tools you can take home. They suit book clubs, wellness groups, workplaces, retreats, and community organizations, and can be tailored to your group's size, goals, and format.
